The Cupra brand has launched the Ateca Limited Edition, a high-performance version of the SUV of which only 1,999 units will be manufactured worldwide, of which 350 are destined for the Spanish market.
According to the company in a statement, this exclusive version incorporates the letters Cupra in the tailgate in copper color, a tone that is repeated in the different decorative elements.
In addition, both the roof spoiler and the mirror housings are made of carbon fiber and also incorporate details in copper color.
The Ateca Limited Edition includes new and exclusive 20-inch copper and black alloy wheels, with a larger hub that expands track width. Inside, the brakes signed by Brembo with 18-inch front discs stand out.
For its part, inside, the front seats are bucket type with upholstery in Alcantara fabric in Petro Blue color. The frames of the air nozzles and the center console are black, while the controls of the air conditioning system are framed by carbon fiber moldings with bronze details.
The limited edition of the Cupra Ateca also includes a standard panoramic electric roof and the Beats Audio System, with 340 watts of power, nine speakers and a subwoofer.
The model mounts a supercharged TSI four-cylinder petrol engine, which develops 300 horsepower. It is associated with a seven-speed DSG dual-clutch automatic gearbox and 4Drive all-wheel drive.
This special version can optionally incorporate an exhaust system of the Akrapovic firm made of titanium, which reduces the total weight of the vehicle by about seven kilograms.
For the launch of the Cupra Ateca Limited Edition, the company has launched its first online booking platform, a solution that allows customers to reserve the vehicle before the planned start of sales.
